This Shipping Policy explains how Mimonera ("we," "us," or "our") processes and ships orders placed through mimonera.shop. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay to your order.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (United States): 3–8 business days after dispatch
- International: 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship to many countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at service@mimonera.shop — we will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you are unable to locate your package, contact us at service@mimonera.shop and we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times depending on availability.
